At Kathav Crafts, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless exchange or return process, subject to the terms outlined below:

1.EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges for merchandise purchased from Kathav Crafts can be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions: 

Condition of Exchanged items:

• All items being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags and intact packaging.
• Exchanges & Returns are limited to only size related or defect issues only.
• Due to precise color representation on our website, Kathav Crafts does not accommodate exchanges based on color variations.
• The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, including security seals and tags, must be intact.
• The invoice/receipt must be provided for verification.
• We do not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE.
• Item for exchange will be processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days from the date of exchanged item receipt at our warehouse.

2.RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted for unworn due to incorrect size and for a defective item we request you to please share relevant images that supports your claim via kathavcrafts@gmail.com.

Return Period:

Requests for returns must be initiated within maximum 10 days of delivery. Requests outside this period will not be entertained.

Self-Shipping:

Customers need to return items by self-shipping. Note that self-shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

3.REFUND POLICY

Process: 

Refunds are initiated once the returned item reach us and passes our mandatory quality check.

Refund Mode:

We do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. You can use this credit to buy anything on our website, store credit will be valid for 1 year.

Processing Time:

Refunds typically take 4-7 business days from the date of returned item receipt and approval of the returned item. Store credit note will be issued max 7 day from the date of returned item receipt. Customers will receive updates via email or SMS.

Note on Self-Shipping:

Shipping fees for self-shipped items will not be refunded.

 

4.SALE & DISCOUNT POLICY

Exchange & Return for Sale/Discount Items:

Items purchased during a sale or at a discount can only be exchanged or returned only in cases of a defect. No other reasons for return or exchange will be accepted.

Refund Value for Sale/Discount Items:

For items returned during a sale or discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price of the item, as per the applicable offer at the time of purchase, and not the original price. 

Order Value Calculation:

The total order amount or value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or any other applicable charges.

 

5.IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS & EXCHANGE

• Items must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
• Kathav Crafts recommends using a reliable courier service for self-shipping.
• All returned products must be accompanied by their original invoice.
